Responsibilities
Opening and closing the store, including handling cash transactions and ensuring security protocols are followed
Supervising and motivating a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
Keeping the store clean and organized
Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
Executing store policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Passion for thrift shopping and sustainable fashion
