Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator will support the Operations Department by managing payroll, benefits administration, and accounts payable, ensuring efficient operations and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain employee information in the payroll system, ensuring all required information and documentation are accurate
Work with third party accountants to maintain integrations between payroll and general ledger systems
Remind staff to submit hours and ensure supervisors review timecards in a timely manner
Review timecard coding and support department leads as needed
Prepare and submit payroll reports for approval
Enter and update PTO for designated employees as needed
Triage and respond to notices within the payroll system and escalate as necessary
Set up and maintain BILL accounts for employee reimbursements
Manage employee and accounts payable processes and verify internal controls on outgoing payments
Responsible for entering invoices into the accounts payable system accurately
Review and code transactions, attach receipts, and resolve discrepancies
Serve as the primary point of contact for billing questions from external vendors
Track and process benefits invoices in a timely manner
Ensure that policies are accurately reflected and updated in our systems
Ensure employee enrollment data is accurate across 401k, health, vision, dental, FSA, and other benefits
Escalate benefits queries to leadership as necessary
Assist with general finance administrative tasks as needed
Support the Operations team in organizing and executing initiatives and projects
Help to maintain our systems and ensure data integrity
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet expected deadlines
Maintain high standard of work in a nimble, fast paced environment
Perform other duties as assigned
