Pratt & Whitney is working to transform the future of flight and is seeking an Associate Director for their Partnership Program Office. This role involves managing partner agreements and relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful partnership execution.

Responsibilities

Negotiating Partner agreements and managing the execution of these

Preparing business models / financial analyses

Negotiating and managing part valuations

Drafting contracts /legal letters

Collaborating with other Pratt & Whitney departments to negotiate and mange other related contracts

Managing critical part deliveries and industrialization efforts

Being partner liaison at P&W for any partner related issue

Leading the resolution of any disputes that arise between P&W and Partners

Reporting status updates to Commercial Engines and Pratt & Whitney management

Preparing presentations and coordinating senior executive meetings/calls

Participating in process improvement initiatives

International travel up to 25% - 50%

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience to include prior financial modeling experience, negotiation skills, leading with influence; Or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of experience as listed above

Strong written and verbal communication skills for the purpose of delivering presentation to all levels of leadership within Pratt & Whitney and customer organizations

Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
