Support multiple attorneys in an active litigation practice
Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met
Draft legal documents and correspondence
Coordinate discovery and manage evidence
Assist with trial preparation and organization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
North Carolina litigation experience required
Working knowledge of NC and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence
Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or ABA-accredited paralegal certificate
Experience with document management and billing systems (e.g., NetDocuments, Aderant)
Exposure to business or complex civil litigation
