Responsibilities
Lead the design of data center mechanical systems including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, piping, and high-density/AI-ready cooling solutions
Perform and review mechanical calculations, load analyses, airflow modeling, and system performance modeling
Coordinate closely with electrical, controls, structural, and commissioning teams to deliver integrated solutions
Serve as a primary technical advisor to clients, presenting concepts and recommending system strategies
Review submittals, vendor equipment proposals, and support construction and commissioning activities
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal standards, quality processes, and best-practice development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of mechanical design experience for mission-critical or data center facilities
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Experience with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and CFD or energy modelling platforms
