Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on workers’ compensation matters
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related legal documents
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and conferences
Manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex and high-value cases
Participate in motion practice and trial preparation where required
Maintain billable hours in line with role expectations
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
7+ years of direct Pennsylvania workers' compensation experience
Proven ability to handle all stages of the workers' compensation litigation process
Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
10+ years preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems preferred
A portable book of business is welcome but not required
