Take lead on projects focusing on process automation, system enhancements, and onboarding new workflows such as OMS/PMS upgrades, platform implementations, and reconciliation enhancements
Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business as they lead the implementation/roll out of these project-based initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management within operations or middle office functions
Strong understanding of process automation and system enhancements
Experience with onboarding new workflows such as OMS/PMS upgrades
Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional projects
Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business
Experience in a collaborative and technology-driven environment
Background in quantitative strategy trading, banking, hedge funds, or prop trading firms
