Responsibilities

Lead and develop the full production team, including Producers on both the Manager Track and Design Track
Set clear expectations, priorities, and performance standards across the team
Coach Producers through feedback, mentorship, and hands-on support
Manage capacity, rebalance workloads, and address performance issues early and directly
Build a production team that can scale without burnout or chaos
Own entity-level P&L for the markets you operate
Protect target margins through disciplined scoping, staffing, and delivery decisions
Review and approve budgets, forecasts, and margin assumptions for assigned programs
Identify financial risk early and implement corrective action
Partner with the Managing Director and Director of Sales to align growth and profitability
Serve as senior production and account leader on priority and complex programs
Sit on intake and early strategy calls to shape scope, staffing, and delivery models
Ensure strong handoff and alignment between Sales, Creative, and Production
Step into at-risk client situations to stabilize confidence and outcomes
Own the long-term health of key client relationships alongside delivery success
Own all production-related processes, templates, and workflows
Ensure processes are documented, simplified, trained, and followed across all teams
Lead continuous improvement of systems to reduce friction and error
Oversee and optimize production tools including: Asana, Run of Show templates, HubSpot, Resource and capacity planning tools
Identify automation and standardization opportunities as the business grows
Ensure programs are delivered in a way that drives repeat business and referrals
Protect delivery quality and margin to support long-term revenue growth
Participate in post-program debriefs and client feedback loops
Use insights from delivery to improve future sales, scoping, and execution
Hold the team accountable for client experience-not just task completion

Required

Disciplined operator with strong leadership instincts
