Minimize downtime through efficient maintenance, ensuring production runs without interruption
Undertake precise equipment repair tasks and maintain a systematic, proactive approach to the equipment’s reliability
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure understanding and minimize errors
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience preferably in an industrial bakery or food production setting
Strong mechanical aptitude, especially in troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Skills in plumbing and pneumatic systems, electrical diagnostics, and welding (MIG, TIG, Stick are a plus)
Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting
Performing Electrical Repairs efficiently
Holding an OSHA 10-Hour Certification
Executing Machine Safety Inspections punctually
Working with Conveyor Systems
