Responsibilities

Strong background in life insurance
Preferred knowledge in Claims and/or Life Commissions Systems (Performance Plus (P+) and DSS
Develop business requirements for multiple systems, up/downstream applications and tools (ex: Mainframe (Cyberlife), APIs, AWD, IVR) in coordination with key stakeholders
Review user stories created by technical partners for completeness and accuracy to the business requirements
Review quality assurance test plans for positive, negative, and regression test cases related to the user story
Create and execute user acceptance test plans
Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies/product owner role

Required
