Senior LevelMetaOption LLC is seeking a Bentley APM contractor/consultant with deep platform expertise to configure and extend the Bentley APM solution. The role involves providing technical leadership, designing new solutions, supporting upgrades, and developing training for internal staff.

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and hands-on configuration in Bentley APM, including data model/configuration, rules/logic, workflows, health/risk frameworks, and dashboards/reports
Design and implement new Bentley APM solutions and use cases aligned to Electric Operations asset and maintenance processes
Lead and support upgrade activities to new Bentley APM releases: impact assessments, configuration changes, regression testing support, and cutover/go-live support
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance and stability improvements
Partner with internal IT and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into Bentley APM configurations and technical designs
Create documentation such as configuration guides, runbooks, upgrade notes, and admin SOPs
Develop and deliver structured training for internal staff (admins, analysts, support engineers, and key power users)
Run hands-on workshops covering configuration, troubleshooting, upgrade readiness, and best practices
Create reusable training materials including slide decks, exercises, checklists, and how-to guides
Coach the internal team through pairing sessions to ensure knowledge transfer beyond classroom training
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Bentley APM SME with multiple implementations and/or significant production support experience
Strong technical depth in configuration, troubleshooting, environment support, and release upgrade experience
Experience working in a utility environment (electric preferred) with familiarity in asset and maintenance processes
