The intern will work closely with the Senior Director of Technical Services and the facilities services team, supporting day-to-day operations and gaining experience in facility maintenance and account management.

Responsibilities

Intern will work closely with our Senior Director of Technical Services and other managerial members of our facility services team on a daily basis

Intern’s will garner experience in the corporate office setting as well as out in the field at client sites

Intern will be responsible for various technical and project oriented work that will support the day-to-day operations of the Boston corporate office’s mechanical services team

Additionally, Intern will likely gain experience in transitioning new accounts from a facilities/engineering/ maintenance perspective

Project work will be related to Facility Maintenance

This individual will gain exposure to preventative and corrective maintenance programs, work order systems, process improvement, client relations and facilities account management
