Responsibilities

Work on MRT Command Center shift schedule as an MRT Technical Coordinator
Accurately assesses the customer's needs and requirements to provide technical, logistic and commercial support for MRT-related services in support to P&WC engines and installations
Understand Airworthiness Regulations, EHS and ITC requirements to effectively identify solutions to return engines into service
For a given work scope, identify technician with proper capabilities, establish parts listing and tooling required, including airframe interfaces, ship parts and tooling as required to meet the RTS strategy
Generation of MRT quotations aligned with market price and follow-up on commercial offer until closure with end customer, including internal negotiation/coordination as required
Initiate immediate contact for an AOG or urgent situations with P&WC internal and external organizations such as 3rd parties, FBO, DMF to offer fastest return to service solution and/or aligned with customer needs
Maintains constant communications with the customers and CFirst on request progress and status update, including projected RTS
Maintains high standards of etiquette and protocol with the customer during any form of contact. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are a must
Effectively documents and monitors events with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for all customer interactions, including commitments, from initiation to closure. Effectively communicate with the field technicians for updates and address their concerns in a timely manner
Interpret applicable Technical Publications (i.e. EMM/ AMM/ OHM/ IPC/ CIR)
Proficiency with digital tools and technologies such as MS Office suite
Provides commercial cost estimates for MRT events as requested

Required

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Associate's degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 6+ years' experience in aviation aircraft maintenance and/or aviation customer service with a technical background
Active Airframe & Powerplant License
Current valid driver's license

Preferred

Prior experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada engine lines
Understanding of commercial overview, i.e., warranty, PPH, ESP
Fluent in any other continental language
Previous experience in Customer interactions
