Responsibilities
Coordinate releases across multiple environments (QA → UAT → Hotfix → PROD)
Work with 5+ development and product teams to gather release schedules and approvals
Validate readiness, obtain stakeholder sign-off, and schedule release windows
Monitor deployment execution and communicate progress, risks, delays, and results
Establish, document, and streamline repeatable release processes
Track release feedback, identify improvement areas, and drive corrective actions
Push back when deployments violate process or create risk
Support QA testing activities as needed (training available)
Qualification
Required
3-5 years total experience in Software Delivery, DevOps, Coordination, or Release Functions
Prior development or engineering background preferred
Experience working with CI/CD tools — specifically Jenkins
Source control knowledge: GitHub / GitLab repository familiarity
Strong stakeholder communication and status reporting skills
Ability to influence, escalate risks, enforce processes, and hold teams accountable
High level of organization, urgency, and ownership
Preferred
Familiarity with QA methodologies
SQL, Python, or Playwright exposure (can be trained)
