Responsibilities
Client Communications – Support client communications through phone, email, and written correspondence by providing timely, accurate responses and coordinating follow-up in accordance with firm policies and procedures
Workflow Management – Manage and track daily service workflows to support timely and accurate completion of requests; coordinate with Financial Advisors and internal departments to ensure tasks are processed appropriately
Money Movement – Assist with the processing of client money movement requests, including deposits, transfers, and distributions, in accordance with firm guidelines and supervisory requirements
Administrative Management – Perform and oversee administrative functions related to account servicing, documentation, and record maintenance while adhering to regulatory requirements and firm standards
Qualification
Required
10 + years of client engagement, customer relations or service skills
Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce
Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail
Able to work effectively as part of a team
High ethical standards
High School diploma
Preferred
Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 (preferred but not required)
Prior office experience preferred but not required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
