Performance Marketing Senior Manager

De'Longhi Group is looking for a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to join their Media team. This role involves developing and executing performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the growth marketing strategy for the De’Longhi & Braun portfolio of brands spanning across all performance media touchpoints including; Paid social, Paid search, Google products, Amazon Media, Retail Media & Affiliate
Own the performance marketing budget with continual focus on budget optimization
Partner with digital media agencies, sales and marketing teams to develop programs that are fueled by strategic business priorities and objectives to achieve targets and volume expectations
Leverage data to build actionable insights that drive continuous optimization of both the media program and partnering with the creative team to further iterate across what has been performing
Continue to scale the Affiliate program across both D2C and Amazon
Spearhead relationships with all agencies and retailer media platforms
Continually evolve the approach to our media campaigns leveraging insights on the evolving market landscape, channel performance, creative performance and ROI
Partner with the marketing, brand and creative teams to drive creative solutions based on past performance insights and industry trends
Be a key partner to the wider marketing team – collaborating cross functionally with verticals within the digital space at De’Longhi
Continue to evolve our growth marketing and media program from a channel mix and priority perspective with an ear to the ground on platform evolution and developments, new areas to test growth and high impact awareness opportunities in partnership with the marketing team

Required

5+ years of experience in Performance/Growth Marketing either at a brand or agency
Experience developing digital media campaigns across multiple media channels – including but not limited to paid search, paid social, Google products & AMS
Amazon Media experience
Experience scaling and managing Affiliate programs
Demonstrated ability to partner with agencies to drive successful business outcomes
Demonstrated ability to influence within an organization
Comfortable using a variety of analytics tools to optimize the performance of paid media campaigns
Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams internally as well as with agencies and external partners
Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage insights to inform future activity
Results-driven with a passion for digital media and various marketing channels
Ability to provide an innovative and industry leading point of view of digital marketing solutions and trends
Self starter and ability to work in a fast paced environment
