Responsibilities
Manage execution of cloud operations initiatives across multiple workstreams
Track delivery milestones, dependencies, and blockers across technical teams
Lead standups, driving accountability in related project work
Coordinate compliance-aligned deliverables in support of FedRAMP and IL4 programs
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and escalation management
Report program status to senior leadership with clarity and actionable insights
Maintain standardized tracking and communication artifacts
Qualification
Required
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills in regulated environments
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and cross-team coordination abilities
Skilled scrum master with expertise in driving accountability
Comfortable managing delivery across technical and compliance-oriented initiatives
8+ years of experience in technical program or project management
Experience managing cloud or infrastructure initiatives in SaaS environments
Exposure to regulated cloud programs (FedRAMP, IL, CMMC)
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery practices
Familiarity with AWS and Azure concepts
Preferred
PMP
SAFe
CSM
or equivalent
