Responsibilities
Communicate with customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments
Address questions about shipment status and delays
Respond to document requests
Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery appointments
Arrange pickups and deliveries with shipping partners
Complete data entry in the warehouse management system (WMS)
Maintain accurate shipment and inventory documentation
Research and resolve shipping or receiving issues
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain shipping schedules
Support with inventory checks and reporting as needed
Proactively identify issues & find resolutions
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills are required
Proactive and dependable work style is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications required
Ability to work 100% onsite is required
Preferred
English/Korean bilingual is preferred
