Social Content Manager

They are seeking a Social Content Manager to own and elevate their social presence across platforms, focusing on creating engaging content that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial women.

Responsibilities

Own our social content strategy and execution across platforms (primarily TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels)
Concept and produce short-form video, static, and written content—from idea to post
Identify trends, memes, audio, and cultural moments and translate them into on-brand, timely content
Develop and test big creative ideas designed to drive reach, engagement, and virality
Act as a guardian of our brand voice, tone, and visual identity on social
Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Partnerships, and Growth teams
Work with creators and influencers to extend content ideas and formats
Analyze performance, learn quickly, and iterate—balancing intuition with data
Build a repeatable engine for content while still leaving room for spontaneity

Required

3–6 years of experience in social media, content, or brand marketing
Proven experience creating content (not just managing calendars)
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social culture
Strong creative instincts and the ability to spot what will resonate before it peaks
Comfort being on camera or directing others on camera (huge plus)
Ability to move fast, test often, and learn in public
Excellent copy instincts with a strong point of view
Experience working with or marketing to Gen Z / Millennial women
Startup mindset: scrappy, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
Relocation to Charlotte is required for this position

Preferred

Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Experience launching or scaling a brand's social presence
Influencer or creator marketing experience
Background in fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
