Responsibilities
Conduct research on client requirements and architectural standards
Assist in developing projects from initial survey to construction phases
Contribute to design concepts and presentations
Coordinate with engineering disciplines on technical details
Review shop drawings and monitor construction progress
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Proficiency in software such as Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software like Enscape or Lumion
Strong communication skills and attention to detail in design tasks
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients on various projects
Preferred
Familiarity with International Building Codes, NFPA, ADA, LEED, and related standards
Exposure to building types such as transportation, education, commercial, industrial, and government projects
