Responsibilities
Gain in-depth exposure and hands-on experience working with teams build excellence for RIAs and Introducing Broker Dealers
Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous process and technology improvements; identify areas of operational inefficiency and implement proposed enhancements
Learn how to define and track success criteria for assigned initiatives with a focus on operational efficiency and due diligence
Assist others working with cross-functional stakeholders (Client Engagement, Complex Client Solutions, Finance, Business Development) to communicate and provide necessary updates
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Junior or Senior standing (December 2026-May 2028 graduates) pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources
Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of FINRA and the SEC and how they oversee RIAs and Broker Dealers
Knowledge of fundamental concepts of financial markets and products
Skill in critical thinking and the ability to think outside the box
Skill in preparing and delivering written reports
Skill in effective time management and ability to meet set deadlines
Skill in presenting to large and small audiences
Ability to problem solve complex issues
Ability to research complex issues and involve appropriate parties in decision making
Ability to gather information to identify trends and utilize that information to drive improvements
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners
Ability to see the larger picture in order to seek out areas for business improvements
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
