HTC Global Services is seeking a junior HL7 Support Coordinator to join their team and provide technical support for HL7 clinical-lab interfaces. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate to gain experience in healthcare IT and HL7 interface management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary or secondary point of contact in HL7 interfaces and triage issues, resolving the issue, or escalating the issue to other internal teams for resolution
Provide technical support for HL7 interfaces, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Monitor interface performance and ensure data integrity and accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve interface-related issues
Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
Participate in testing and validation of interface changes and updates
Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices related to HL7 and healthcare interoperability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
Knowledge of HL7 standards and protocols
1 - 3 years of experience working in a professional environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment
Has a keen sense of urgency and able to adhere to tight deadlines

Preferred

Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and terminology is a plus
