Responsibilities
Program DMG Mori NTX and DMU 50 using Mastercam Mill-Turn
Set up multi-axis and sub-spindle operations
Optimize toolpaths for speed and accuracy
Inspect first articles and collaborate with engineering on prototypes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years Mastercam Mill-Turn experience (required)
Hands-on setup and operation experience with DMG Mori, Mazak Integrex, or similar mill-turn machines
Strong understanding of G-code and precision machining principles
mill turn CNC: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Grandview, OH 43212 (Required)
Work Location: In person
Preferred
Familiar with Fanuc or Siemens controls
Prototype or short-run machining background
