Postdoctoral Fellow

Responsibilities
Maintain mouse colony and perform animal studies in a team environment
Perform standard assays such as qPCR, western blot analysis, or histological analysis
Organize and perform research studies independently with limited supervision
Receive, store, and organize lab supplies and reagents
Follow lab safety guidelines and maintain an organized workspace
Maintain lab training certifications
Excellent research documentation via notebook and digital files (MS Excel & GraphPad Prism)
Will be expected to assist with writing manuscripts and review scientific writing
Supervise other trainees in the lab, assist with projects, and assist with lab management
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in a field related to any biological science or health science (e.g., biology, pharmacology, toxicology, anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, neuroscience etc..)
Demonstrated productivity and effective interpersonal skills
Maintain mouse colony and perform animal studies in a team environment
Perform standard assays such as qPCR, western blot analysis, or histological analysis
Organize and perform research studies independently with limited supervision
Receive, store, and organize lab supplies and reagents
Follow lab safety guidelines and maintain an organized workspace
Maintain lab training certifications

Experience with animal work (e.g., mice or rodents)
