Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate the NYC CRE market landscape to identify strategic partnership opportunities with key commercial brokerages, commercial landlords, and A&D firms
Leverage your expertise to develop strategic frameworks and recommendations for market positioning and partnership opportunities with commercial brokerages
Conduct stakeholder interviews with CRE and A&D professionals to gather market intelligence; synthesize findings into strategic reports and leverage your professional expertise to develop recommendations for management on product-market fit and potential competitive advantages
Research and analyze CRE industry trends and competitive dynamics; provide guidance on strategic positioning and recommend initiatives to increase market presence
Assess company's positioning within the broader CRE ecosystem and provide recommendations to management on operational improvements and strategic adjustments
Qualification
Required
Management consulting or strategic advisory experience
Deep knowledge of commercial real estate, office furniture, or proptech sectors
Strong analytical capabilities
Experience conducting market research
Experience conducting stakeholder interviews
Ability to translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership
