Knowledge/ understanding of architecture and performance-tuning SQL queries
Hands-on experience with JVM tuning techniques
Experience with performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics and any open source monitoring tools like Grafana)
Strong in use of profiling tools to identify bottlenecks

Minimum 4 years of onsite experience
Tier 1 background
