Responsibilities
Development of functional, non-functional, and operational requirements for infrastructure projects
Creation of project requirements specifications for proposals
Key deliverables include Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and Project Requirements Specifications (PRS)
Supporting documentation such as program/project task/subtask breakdowns and visualizations (site layouts, floor plans, 2-D and 3-D pre-conceptual designs)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 12 years of experience in architecture and infrastructure project development
Proven expertise in developing functional, non-functional, and operational requirements for infrastructure projects
Experience creating Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and Project Requirements Specifications (PRS)
Ability to develop program/project task/subtask breakdowns and visualizations including site layouts, floor plans, 2-D and 3-D pre-conceptual designs
Ability to travel periodically to the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS)
Preferred
Senior or principal-level experience
Experience working on Department of Energy (DOE) or nuclear facility projects
Experience with proposal development
