Responsibilities

Lead the full-stack development of TikTok's U.S. Governance Solutions, delivering advanced technical capabilities to improve overall business efficiency

Design and build full-stack business platforms and user-facing features across web and mobile, including governance MCP services and AI-driven solutions for both internal and external users

Develop and optimize systems related to creator governance, e-commerce ecosystem integrity, content moderation, and copyright protection

Continuously enhance user experience by implementing quantitative service monitoring, automated alerts, and data-driven operational dashboards

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields

5+ years of experience using mainstream JavaScript frameworks (such as ReactJS, VueJS)

Excellent web technology skills, particularly with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript

Strong experience in architecting and implementing modern consumer-facing web applications

Preferred

3+ years of experience in API development using backend languages (such as Golang, Python)

Experience with large-scale data applications is a plus

Enthusiastic about quality, design, and user experience

Great to have large-scale website architecture experience
