Responsibilities
Candidate should have around 3-6 years’ of experience, this is not a senior role
Candidate should have experience with Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, Group Policy, Powershell
Candidate should have experience in managing BitLocker, BSOD, Network Printer Installation, SCCM, SLA, MS Office, One Drive, end-user devices, remote applications and OS such as Windows
Candidate should have experience in Active directory
Candidate should have experience in VPN Tunnels and Proxy etc
Candidate should have knowledge on ticketing tool and Incident management
Candidate should have troubleshooting skills
Partner with systems, network, and application teams to provide reliable and scalable solutions
Recent experience working with Bank or financial market / capital market. (Must Have)
Expertise in PowerShell scripting. Additional skills on Python or other coding experiences are advantage
Demonstrated ability in handling SCCM or Intune environments
Good knowledge on Azure active directory and its integration with Intune/ Endpoint manager, CMG (cloud management gateway), CMD cloud service and CMG connection point
Experience in implementing Windows Hello, Auto Pilot etc
Good knowledge in scripts by using PowerShell to reduce the human efforts, cost and improving efficiency
Open to cross-skill to other technologies per the business requirement
