Responsibilities
Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns
Collaborate with the Sales Team on marketing materials to enhance brand awareness
Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment
Oversee content creation for various channels (blogs, white papers, etc.)
Manage social media and paid advertising campaigns
Optimize the company website for SEO and increase organic traffic
Organize marketing events and webinars to engage clients
Analyse marketing metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
Build relationships with industry analysts to boost company visibility
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2-3 years of marketing experience, especially in IT/SaaS
Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, social media)
Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in organizing marketing events
Proficient in marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven
Proactive with a strong desire to contribute to company growth
