Responsibilities

Lead satellite mission projects from concept design through to delivery to the launch provider
Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, and ensure cross-team alignment across engineering, production, software, and integration
Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates
Identify and mitigate program risks while keeping teams focused on key deliverables
Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to troubleshoot challenges and optimise performance
Support business development with project estimates, resource forecasting, and risk assessments

Required

5+ years' experience managing satellite or aerospace programs, ideally within small satellite missions
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Systems, or Software Engineering (or similar)
Proven track record overseeing full-lifecycle aerospace projects
Strong leadership, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with project management tools and modern methodologies
Technical understanding of satellite systems design, integration, testing, and launch processes
Must be eligible to work on USG projects and obtain necessary clearances

Preferred

PMP or similar certification preferred
