Responsibilities

Endpoint Management: Support, deploy, and decommission company desktops and laptops following established security policies

Incident Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for incidents and service requests via phone and email, accurately tracking all work within our ITSM system

Technical Troubleshooting: Configure and support hardware (printers, peripherals) and software applications (Office 365, VPN, CRM, Edge/Chrome, and timekeeping systems)

System Administration: Maintain application packages via MECM/SCCM and Intune, participate in building Gold images, and configure Apple devices in Airwatch or Intune

Knowledge Sharing: Document technical resolutions to build a robust knowledge base for the team and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on specific IT projects

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, translating complex technical information into easy-to-understand solutions for users of all skill levels

Required

Minimum of 2 years in a Support Center environment specifically supporting desktop/laptop hardware

At least 1 year of experience with Windows Administration and Active Directory

Familiarity with device management tools (MECM, Intune, Airwatch) and the Microsoft 365 suite

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science or a related field

MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or CompTIA certifications (A+, Net+)
