Coordinator, Entertainment Production - Universal Kids Resort
Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Coordinator for the Entertainment Production team at Universal Kids Resort. The role involves providing administrative and operational support for various projects and events, ensuring smooth communication and coordination among different departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Assists management in event/project documentation such as staff requests, revisions, confirmations and creation of entertainment itineraries per policies and Entertainment Production SOPs. Ensures precise information is being obtained and all work is being checked for accuracy. Coordinates communication of pertinent event/project information with other departments, including but not limited to Marketing and Sales, Community Relations, External Affairs, Park/Hotel Management, Technical Entertainment and third-party vendors. Assists in managing and submitting Legal & IP approvals and maintaining key processes
Acts as the main contact for Entertainment venues & performers during events including but not limited to signing in/out cast and crew, securing required paperwork, monitoring and reporting entertainment elements & closing out events. Monitors event logistics in order to ensure that all entertainment elements are ready and in place, and are in compliance with Performer SOPs, company policies, IP standards, and vendors’ contracts. Demonstrates proficiency with small events (such as local or regional off-property character appearances) including on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving. Addresses any immediate issues pertaining to the event/project. Responsible for communicating relevant information to both upper management and Team Members
Focuses on Guest and Team Member satisfaction for show quality and cross-departmental working relationships by maintaining documentation including but not limited to general templates for training, look book libraries, budget tracking, project calendars, department guidelines, SOPs, and messaging changes to all stakeholders
Ensures that the event/project’s quality standards consistently align with the creative intent. Regularly reviews and walks through the production sites to monitor progress and developments to ensure that the work being accomplished is in accordance with the contract documents. Provides status updates/reports to leadership
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities

Qualification
Required
1+ years previous leadership experience required
1+ years' experience within the professional entertainment or theme park industry required
Associate's degree (AA) is preferred
Consistent attendance is a job requirement
