Teller Services Representative
SECU is Maryland's largest Credit Union, dedicated to serving its members and communities in a highly ethical manner. The Teller Services Representative will provide full Teller services through video and Interactive Teller Machines, assisting members with financial transactions and ensuring a personalized experience.

Responsibilities
Offer full Teller services using video and Interactive Teller Machines (ITM)
Engage with members to walk them through ITM technology for financial transactions
Handle financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
Discover financial needs and refer members to financial center team members for further assistance
Bring curiosity and caring to work every day to positively impact members' lives
Qualification
Required
Genuine interest in well-being of those you serve
Exceptional service and relationship building skills
Ability to effectively engage humans using technology and automation
Excellent verbal communication skills
Impactful decision-making and problem solving expertise
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
