Talent Acquisition Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong candidate relationships to connect top talent with exciting career opportunities.

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles and industries
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and platforms
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
Provide a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Stay informed on industry trends, labor market changes, and best practices in recruitment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency or high-volume environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting people with opportunities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Professional certification (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP) is a plus
