Responsibilities
Follow and embrace fundamental sales and construction process that encourages repeat buyers and customer referrals while building Betenbough Homes’ brand reputation
Conduct proactive and reactive follow up communication with home buyers each day in a timely manner
Professionally demonstrate Frame Tours, Welcome Home Celebrations, homesites, and communities to current home buyers
Serve as an advocate for the homeowner throughout the construction process and communicate all homeowner concerns to the Builder Team
Manage experience events – coordinate and facilitate all homeowner experience events
Coordinate with the entire construction team and assure that every home is ready for the experience event you are planning to facilitate, i.e. frame tour and orientation
Develop a general “all around” knowledge of the building process to answer construction related questions with homeowners make timely and professional communication with all buyers in construction schedule
Utilize Rilla, our AI recording and coaching platform, to support continuous improvement by recording a conversation once per day. Regularly review your recordings for self-coaching and share key learnings with your leader to continue growing in your role and enhancing the customer experience
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills with co-workers, customers, trade partners and vendors
Must have a current and valid driver's license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance
Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations
Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
Works in temperature-controlled environment, as well as outside in uncontrolled conditions
Position will be subject to possible extreme weather (extreme hot and extreme cold) and driving conditions (rain, snow, high winds, sand storms)
Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch
Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist
Preferred
Strong Bilingual (Spanish & English) communication skills are preferred, both verbally and written in a persuasive manner
