Lead/StaffLockheed Martin is seeking a Reliability Engineer Staff for their MFC Enterprise Facilities team, responsible for developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance programs. The role involves leading engineering efforts, analyzing equipment performance, and implementing predictive maintenance to optimize the operation of facilities across the MFC Portfolio.

Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating reliability engineering efforts across the MFC Enterprise
Developing and implementing predictive maintenance programs and RCM programs
Analyzing equipment performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential failures
Collaborating with maintenance teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and procedures
Developing and maintaining reliability metrics, such as mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR)
Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for improvement, and developing business cases to support implementation
Working with cross-functional teams to implement reliability improvements
Developing and delivering training programs to educate personnel on RCM principles and best practices
Qualification
Required
Leading and coordinating reliability engineering efforts across the MFC Enterprise

Preferred
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
