Process certificate/ policy requests
Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies
Data management
Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques

Required

Interpreting client requirements documents
Data management experience
Skilled with data management. Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Aon systems
Data Entry experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to communicate well with clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Property and casualty license preferred, or required within 90 days of hire
Prior experience in the insurance industry will be helpful
College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED
