Recruiting & Administrative Coordinator
Midspire is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented team player to join their in-house recruiting and administrative team. The Recruiting & Administrative Coordinator will support recruiting efforts, assist with onboarding, and handle essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities
Support the recruiting process by coordinating interviews and confirming candidate availability
Serve as a point of contact for applicants, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, scheduling, and internal coordination
Maintain and update applicant and employee records within our systems
Oversee general administrative tasks to support daily office operations
Communicate with hiring managers and leadership regarding interview schedules and next steps
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Strong communication and time management skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
Professional, friendly, and team-focused mindset
Able to work onsite full-time in Schaumburg, IL
Preferred
Prior administrative or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
