Responsibilities

You will onboard, supervise, support, and coach associates to ensure quality standards and service level agreements are consistently met

You will drive performance of direct reports by setting clear expectations and providing timely and constructive feedback; Develop direct reports actively and lead by example

You will build partnerships and interact with Bankers, other departments, and teams within Loan Administration to promote teamwork and communication; Act as a liaison with external partners-Loan Review, Regulators and internal/external audit staff

You will ensure that associates are trained on all regulatory requirements associated with Commercial and/or Consumer Lending and complete UMB compliance training for their role

You will work collaboratively and proactively with senior leadership to identify, design, and implement workflow enhancements that increase efficiency, quality and risk mitigation
