Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Manage the full cycle of capital activities, including the processing of calls and distributions
Execute daily operational tasks such as cash management and trade settlement coordination
Perform detailed reconciliations of internal ledgers against external counterparties to ensure accuracy
Assist in the calculation and verification of Net Asset Value for various investment vehicles
Support the annual audit process by compiling necessary documentation and schedules for external reviewers
Record complex investment transactions accurately within the general ledger
Collaborate with third-party administrators and custodians to resolve operational discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard investment accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Proven experience working within fund administration, private equity, or a similar financial environment
Strong understanding of partnership accounting principles and US GAAP
3+ years of relevant professional experience is required
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Preferred
Relevant professional certifications are considered an asset but not required
