Assisting with permit applications

Providing excellent customer service to clients

Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with all regulations and ordinances

Permitting in Charlotte & Sarasota Counties

Handling permit processing and ensuring everything is on track

Scheduling inspections and ensuring everything is on schedule

Supporting contractor licensing compliance, ensuring proper documentation of insurance, certifications, and other credentials as required by the City

Performing permit intake, processing, routing, and issuance of building, site work, and trade permits

Verifying application completeness, uploading documents, calculating fees, and ensuring compliance with City requirements and applicable codes

Reviewing plans and documents for all on-site and off-site signage and if appropriate, issuing approval so that building permits can be obtained

Excel Proficiency

Experience in 2 counties with permitting

Working closely with our Project Managers to help keep projects running smoothly

Handling permit processing and ensuring everything is on track

Scheduling inspections and ensuring everything is on schedule

Supports contractor licensing compliance, ensuring proper documentation of insurance, certifications, and other credentials as required by the City
