Responsibilities

Drive BIOS/firmware programs from emulation through end of life
Define and manage deliverables, schedules, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate across design, platform, validation, QA, customer, and firmware teams
Track firmware readiness, issues, and sampling milestones
Ensure process discipline, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
Improve processes to increase efficiency and quality

Qualification

Program managementFirmware/BIOS knowledgeDevice driversSOC knowledgePMP certificationUEFI knowledgeCommunicationOrganization skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Strong program management experience delivering complex software programs
Experience leading cross-functional, global teams
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Knowledge of firmware/BIOS, device drivers, SOC, graphics, or system software
Bachelor's degree in EE/CE/CS
PMP and BIOS/UEFI knowledge are pluses
