Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and counter sales in a professional and timely manner
Work closely with outside sales to support customer projects and material needs
Perform plan take-offs for concrete and foundation projects
Assist customers with concrete forming solutions, including:
Steel-Ply
ICF systems
Various wall and foundation forming methods
Monitor inventory levels and help align orders with available stock, especially during busy construction seasons
Help adjust steel-ply and forming orders to match inventory and job requirements
Learn and use estimating, inventory, and CAD-related software programs
Provide accurate pricing, material recommendations, and customer support
Contribute to smooth daily branch operations and overall customer satisfaction
