Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility utility systems and production equipment
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and perform detailed inspections
Interpret schematics, service manuals, and technical documents to carry out precise repairs
Install and help commission new systems and machinery as needed
Collaborate with operations and production teams to reduce downtime and enhance performance
Accurately document maintenance tasks and ensure clear communication across departments
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory standards, including GMP and health regulations
Qualification
Required
Valid First Class B Boiler Engineer License (minimum requirement)
High school diploma or equivalent
4-6 years of hands-on maintenance experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with equipment such as motor controls, process controls, packaging lines, and ammonia systems
Preferred
Preference given to candidates holding a Chief B Boiler License
Trade school or technical training in areas such as mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, or PLCs preferred
