ATR International is seeking a Senior Training Manager for their Commercial Learning & Development team focused on the HIV Business Unit. This role will lead the design and execution of training programs to ensure sales readiness and capability development across various teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of knowledge- and skill-based training for HIV commercial field teams

Own and continuously improve the new hire onboarding program (“Accelerate”)

Design and execute training in:

Account management

Product and disease state knowledge

Selling and communication skills

Promotional campaigns

Product launches

Phased and ongoing sustainment learning programs

Deliver training through live, virtual, and hybrid learning modalities

Partner with Marketing, Field Sales, National Accounts, Regional Trainers, Commercial Operations, Global L&D, Medical, Compliance/Legal, Regulatory, and Business Conduct teams to ensure compliant, effective, and aligned training content

Ensure all materials meet regulatory and compliance requirements

Conduct learning needs assessments and capability gap analyses

Apply adult learning principles to design curricula and instructional strategies

Partner with subject matter experts to enhance learning solutions and lead change initiatives

Leverage learning technologies to improve training effectiveness

Monitor alignment with commercial strategic training plans and business priorities

Prepare field readiness by identifying stakeholders, assessing needs, and ensuring seamless deployment

Manage training budgets including POA and national sales meeting programs

Select and manage external vendors from curriculum design through final deliverables

Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards

Required

One of the following: High School diploma + 12 years experience, Associate degree + 10 years experience, Bachelor's degree + 8 years experience, Master's degree + 6 years experience, PhD

Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills (visual, oral, written)

Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to lead without authority and build stakeholder alignment

Comfortable working across global teams and managing vendors

Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to perform under tight deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Teams, and PowerPoint for instructional design
