Head of TikTok Shop
Zazu Digital Talent is a category-leading DTC brand seeking a senior TikTok Shop owner to take full control of their TikTok Shop channel. This role involves owning the TikTok Shop end-to-end, focusing on growth, strategy, and accountability to scale it into a significant revenue channel.
Responsibilities
Full P&L ownership for TikTok Shop, from GMV through contribution margin
Seller Center leadership: listings, bundles, pricing, promos, violations, fulfilment coordination
Creator ecosystem strategy: sampling, commissions, briefs, performance diagnostics
GMV Max and paid amplification strategy
Margin management, promo economics, and daily revenue decision-making
Cross-functional leadership across creative, supply chain, ops, and growth
Defining the operating model, playbooks, and long-term org design for the channel
Qualification
Required
Deep, hands-on TikTok Shop experience (Seller Center, creators, margins, promos)
Strong commercial instincts and comfort operating at scale
Proven ability to turn creator-led activity into predictable revenue
High ownership mindset and founder-level accountability
Ability to operate in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Preferred
A senior TikTok Shop leader at a high-growth DTC or CPG brand
Someone who has taken a channel from early GMV into sustained, scalable revenue
A commercial operator who is comfortable making margin, fulfilment, and growth trade-offs
