Head of TikTok Shop
Zazu Digital Talent is a category-leading DTC brand seeking a senior TikTok Shop operator to scale their social commerce efforts. This role involves full ownership of TikTok Shop operations, focusing on profitability, creator strategy, and cross-functional leadership to drive significant growth in revenue.
Responsibilities
Full TikTok Shop P&L ownership and profitability
Seller Center execution: listings, bundles, pricing, promos, violations, fulfilment coordination
Creator ecosystem strategy: sampling, commissions, briefs, performance tracking
GMV Max and paid amplification strategy
Margin management, promo economics, and daily revenue diagnostics
Cross-functional leadership across creative, supply chain, ops, and growth
Building the operating model, playbooks, and eventually a team
Qualification
Required
Deep hands-on TikTok Shop experience (Seller Center, creators, margins)
Strong commercial judgement and data fluency
Proven ability to scale creator-led commerce
High ownership mindset and founder-level accountability
Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments
You have personally owned TikTok Shop in-house at a DTC or CPG brand and know how to scale beyond early traction
A senior TikTok Shop operator at a high-growth brand
Someone who has taken a channel from early GMV to meaningful scale
Commercially minded and comfortable making margin, fulfilment, and growth trade-offs
