Assistant Community Manager

Responsibilities
Support daily property operations including leasing, resident relations, and rent collections
Assist with bookkeeping functions such as invoicing, posting rents, reconciliations, and reporting
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident communications
Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable affordable housing requirements
Serve as a point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of multifamily property management experience
Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
