Marketing Manager
AccuLynx is seeking a results-driven Manager of Marketing to lead and execute integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement for their B2B SaaS platform. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and revenue impact.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, content, events, webinars, ABM)
Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets in partnership with Sales
Optimize lead lifecycle performance from MQL to SQL using data and insights
Develop and refine value propositions, positioning, and messaging for target buyer personas
Oversee the creation of high-quality content including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and sales enablement assets
Ensure consistent brand voice across all marketing channels
Partner with Product and Sales to support product launches and feature releases
Create go-to-market plans, campaigns, and enablement materials to support adoption and revenue growth
Translate technical product capabilities into clear, customer-focused benefits
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI
Use marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage programs and reporting
Continuously test, measure, and optimize marketing efforts
Work closely with Sales on alignment, lead quality, and campaign follow-up
Manage external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed
Plan, manage, and execute B2B event marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and virtual events
Own end-to-end event strategy: goals, budgeting, booth presence, messaging, logistics, lead capture, and post-event follow-up
Partner with Sales to align on event objectives, staffing, meetings, and pipeline acceleration
Measure event performance and ROI, including lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
Coordinate with external vendors, event organizers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
Qualification
Required
7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience driving demand generation and pipeline growth
Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales cycles
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales motions
Familiarity with ABM strategies and lifecycle marketing
Strong analytical mindset with comfort presenting performance data
Prior experience managing budgets, vendors, or small teams
